Shockwave is a power soccer team from Big Lake, Minnesota, made up of a collection of 8 talented, motivated, and competitive players.
Shockwave plays at the highest level of power soccer in the U.S. and is the FIVE-TIME PREMIER CUP CHAMPIONS. The team is looking forward to defending its title this summer at Nationals in Fort Wayne, IN.
Minnesota Shockwave was founded in 2014 when three players — Jerome “Pika” Durand, Ed McGuire, and Tony Jackson — moved to Minnesota and invited local players to join them. Shockwave's first major result as a new team was winning the 2014 Champions Cup. Two original team members remain on the current roster: Pete Winslow and Chad Wilson.

Full profileTracy Mayer
HC15 years coaching experience in power soccer, winning 7 championships. Tracy has extensive knowledge of the game of power soccer. That, combined with his collaborative style — encouraging player input and often telling the team "it's your team" — has created a formula for success. He works hard to make sure Shockwave continues to push the game to its limits.
